Job description
To meet Shenzhen BEM&T needs in manufacturing, quality control, and align with transformation roadmap towards Industry 4.0, the position is to lead Shenzhen M&Q Test and Finishing (TnF) applications team to deliver innovative digital solutions and excellent level of service in following domains:
- Projects and new software releases of Test and Finishing applications (STCC, STULT, PAT, Smarttrack)
- System integration solutioning with other automation and MES systems
In short term objectives are:
- Lead time to deliver DTIT solutions based on roadmap planned by central DTIT and Future inside program.
- Acting DTIT solution/project manager, enhance and rollout STCC, PAT in plant-wide
- Collaboration with other MES/automation team in pushing the solutions.
In long term, besides solution delivery roadmap planned by central DTIT, the priorities are as the following:
- In collaborating with central DTIT to implement digitalization solutions needed by ‘light-off’ manufacturing
- Cultivate and develop DTIT engineer in order to increase team efficiency and flexibility
Applications in portfolio includes (not limited to):
- Software components shipped with equipment and residing either on equipment or standalone servers such as Operation System (OS) such as Windows, Linux, Unix and Tester Operating System (TOS, Image, IGXL) or handler/prober maps system such as SmartTrak, SortNet, PN300.
- Software component developed by this role or provided by other ST application teams or external ST software supplier that either reside on equipment or on server including data reporting tools, automation controller and UI
The role is also a member of the DTIT Test Excellence Network consists of the people with the same role located across all ST sites not just for knowledge sharing but very close collaborations on all subjects in day to day work.
Profile
Graduate/Degree in CS/Electronics engineering or equivalent.
Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Tech. Skills:
Knowledge in MES Systems, Linux, Windows, Oracle, MSSQL;
Experience in PL/SQL, Java, XML, JavaScript, Python, HTML, PHP, web services, perl/shell scripting ;
Experience in software application engineering/system administration.
Experience with Semiconductors BackEnd Manufacturing processes is an advantage;
Experience in web-based applications, Databases , Software development;
At least 2 or more years of experience in software development or deployment support;
