Responsibilities:

  • Setup investment plan for capacity expansion and OE project Maintain and validate Commercial data in S&OP system, APO DP, and GSA.
  • Equipment investment plan
  • Annually equipment investment plan for capacity expansion
  • OE special equipment investment plan
  • Goals setup & tracking for engineering & Maintenance department
  • KPI setup for engineering & maintenance department & tracking
  • Annually budget & spending plan setup & Tracking
  • AR raising and tracking
  • Projects registered and assignment and tracking
  • Project (includes new equipment, innovation project, kaizen project) registered
  • Project assignment to engineering manager and maintenance manager
  • Project tracking (budget, spending, safety, quality and timeline tracking)
  • Project achievement
  • Search and find proper equipment/tooling for new product.
  • Follow timeline to track equipment/tooling project
  • All equipment tracking (includes current equipment) to ensure safety, quality and production requirement
  • System setup
  • All management system (TS, VDA, ISO and OHSAS) audit issues inspection & tracking
  • EHS audit and 5S Inspection & tracking
  • Equipment/facility management
  • All necessary documentation of equipment and project management
  • All necessary records and history system management tracking
  • Take all responsibility for external utility management including water, electricity, gas and others to ensure safety and usage properly.
  • FA management
  • Tracking and providing professional preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance and scheduled maintenance for all equipment under the budget.

Requirements:

  • University graduate and major in mechanical or electrical engineering.
  • Good English technical material reading and writing skill. Good Spoken English Also.
  • 5+ years manufacturing plant engineering & equipment maintenance experience.
  • 5+ years equipment management experience
  • Strong planning and execution capability & Communication capability & Team orientation capability & Strong lead
