HUB Tender Manager Service

As a HUB Tender Manager Service, you will be responsible for formulating competitive techno-commercial proposals directly and indirectly with other hub tender team player, taking into consideration on best available solution / product mix from the application engineers, for each individual opportunity assigned to you. Reporting to Hub Service Manager, you will be ensuring bids & proposals are well documented in a timely manner and with appropriate level of detail, including full and accurate costs. This position can be based in any of the following locations: Singapore, South Korea, China, Malaysia, or Indonesia.

Your responsibilities
- Defining the standard of type of proposal to have the most common way to present and offer the services of PAEN to customer
- Evaluating the priority and workload of tendering team and assign the task to right tender responsible
- Understanding the market price for the different service offering, together with the sales team, and work with the procurement team for the proper costing to assure the proper profitability of the business
- Driving day to day service safety and integrity and implements group initiatives in order to embed a culture of health and safety and integrity across the organization
- Defining the standard costs and checklist to simplify the offer creation. Creating the necessary template and tool needed
- Providing information and/or participating in the risk review process in accordance with ABB policy. Shall be responsible for all T&C discussions with customer
- Monitoring the workload and the delivery time
Your background
- Engineering degree with around 10+ years of expertise in a similar role within Energy Industry
- Around 3 to 5 years of experience in dealing with complex bids & proposal
- Experience in Asia Pacific customer base â€' Oil & Gas and/or Chemical & Refinery Industries and/or Power & Water
- A strong focus on safe work practices and dedication to following all relevant workplace safety guidelines
- International, cross-business unit or cross-division experience
- A good team player and collaborative mindset
- Strong communications and negotiation skills, fluent in English
