Job description

Wealth and Personal Banking is our new global business combining Retail Banking and Wealth Management; and Global Private Banking, to become a global wealth manager with USD1.4 trillion in assets. Our dedicated colleagues serve millions of customers worldwide across the entire spectrum of private wealth, ranging from personal banking for individuals and families, through to business owners, investors and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. We provide products and services such as bank accounts, credit cards, personal loans and mortgages, as well as asset management, insurance, wealth management and private banking, that best suit our customers’ needs.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

  • Assisting with the execution of business initiatives and activities in support of business area aims.
  • Participate and support in business planning activities which may include financial, technological and resource planning
  • COO functions’ blueprint, dashboard management and other special assignement
  • Major Ops initiatives coordination & orchestration
  • Ops KPI/KRI management and related process optization
  • Monitor daily operation status, operation process and department cost
  • Ops AOP planning, HC analysis & reports
  • Contribute to senior management decision making by use of management information, performance information, analytics, forums and stakeholder feedback
  • Support in forums and committees to represent view of business area
  • Assisting to establish and improve the guidance of business operation management and standard process
  • Investigating and seeking remedies for discrete issues which may be adversely affecting operation performance
  • Working closely with Finance team to manage the FTE cost for the business
  • Local internal event & staff engagement activities planning & onsite support
  • Support office admin & operations tasks if require
Requirements

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Assisting with the execution of business initiatives and activities in support of business area aims.

  • Support in forums and committees to represent view of business area
  • Support the development and monitoring of internal governance activities
  • Assisting to establish and improve the guidance of business operation management and standard process
  • Investigating and seeking remedies for discrete issues which may be adversely affecting operation performance
  • Local internal event & staff engagement activities planning & onsite support
  • Support office admin & operations tasks if require
  • Bachelor Degree or International Equivalent
  • 5+ work experience in insurance operational management and business analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; presentation skills preferred
  • Strong research, analysis and report writing skills are essential
  • Demonstrated strong coordination capability
  • Focus on detail and consistency
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills
  • Matured personalities and can work under pressure
