工作概述：
根据业务发展及增长需求，作为客户与销售之间的双向技术桥梁，增加系统的使用价值与销售额，体现团队的技术价值。
关键岗位职责：
- 负责项目的售前技术支持，理解/ 评估客户的需求，准备设计方案。
- 分析客户业务，运行及安全需求，将其转换为经济合理的解决方案。
- 运用公司相应的分析工具，软件等，提供深化，细化的设计方案。
- 负责对公司内部，外部相应客户提供技术答疑。
- 对于重点项目，提供售前，售中，售后的全方位技术支持。
- 收集前端销售及客户的需求，整理归纳后，传递至 COE 团队。
- 对于 COE 团队给出的新的应用解决方案，根据实际应用中的经验，提出相应优化意见。
- 对于现有的应用解决方案，根据不同的项目，因地制宜的设计出具体，深化的解决方案。
- 针对设计院/ 咨询公司/ 目标客户的技术推广工作。
- 本科以上，环境工程、给排水、焊接、自动化相关专业背景。
- 从事暖通技术相关工作三年以上，以工程，设计，产品背景为佳。
- 拥有中级工程师职称/ 一级或二级建造师资格/ 国际 PMP 项目管理资格者优先；
- 具备同时多任务工作的能力，可靠，自律。
- 能够独立的完成系统方案的设计，设备选型，材料清单等工作。
- 能够熟练运用相关的能耗计算软件，熟知暖通系统相关节能技术。
- 3 年以上相关系统设计或整合的经验，大型公建，高端工业项目经验为加分项。
- 进行多部门协作和团队合作精神。
- 优秀的沟通技巧，多维度思考问题的能力。
- 对于空调系统控制有一定的了解为加分项。
- 有一定的现场工程经验为加分项。
- 具备一定的创新和持续改进的思维。
- 优秀的英语听说读写能力。
